Welcome to Accordian.ai, a service operated by Accordian Software, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Accordian.ai ("Service"), you ("you," "your," or "user") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and acknowledge our privacy policy located at https://accordian.ai/privacy-policy.
These terms apply equally to the services provided under the brand names "Accordian", "KnowledgeBot", and "TeamTrainer", accessible respectively at the domains: accordian.ai, knowledgebot.ai, and teamtrainer.ai. All services are property of Accordian Software, Inc. and rely on the same underlying code base and infrastructure. References to "Accordian.ai" in this document shall be considered interchangeable with any of the three aforementioned services.

While we strive to maintain the security of the Service, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to your information. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
Usage and Accuracy
While we implement numerous safeguards to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of information provided by Accordian.ai, there may be instances where the bot produces inaccurate or offensive content.
This applies even when the bot indicates that the information is verified according to one's knowledge base or provided sources. Mitigations that significantly reduce the likelihood of these occurrences, in comparison to most AI chatbots, include a fact-checking algorithm and the delivery of relevant direct quotations provided as citations to bot-generated answers, as well as access to the raw unedited text of the original source. Users are strongly encouraged to consult these sources and read selected quotations and original materials for themselves when confirmation is essential.
Accordian.ai is not responsible for the accuracy of source material that is provided by users into the Knowledge Base for one's organization.
We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any information provided by the bot, or for those properties of the source material provided by users of the product.
The Service is not intended to provide medical, legal, or other specialized advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for such advice and should not rely on the bot for critical decision-making in such matters.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users of the Service, or third parties, or for any other reason.
